Exercises to improve Sexual stamina

If you find yourself having an orgasm long before your partner expects you to, you might feel nervous anytime you engage in sexual activity. Wanting to last longer in bed seems to be a common desire for both men and women. Improving your sexual stamina can be achieved with free natural exercises every day. Some of the effective and safe exercises include;

Weight lifting
Weight lifting causes the body to produce testosterone that is the primary precursor for the male sex performance.  Some studies have linked short intense exercise such as weight lifting with increased testosterone levels. So do push-ups, sit-ups and crunches for improving stamina. These muscle-building exercises can help lead to better sex by strengthening the abs, shoulders, and chest. To perform Kegels, start by interrupting the flow of urine when going to the bathroom to get familiar with your PC muscles. After that, you can do Kegels anytime by just squeezing the PC muscles. Hold upto 10 seconds, relax, and do as many reps as you can.

Yoga
Practicing yoga will give you better sex by allowing your body to get into creative positions for maximum satisfaction during intercourse. Yoga poses that improve pelvic muscles embody Bow Pose, Shoulder Stand and Peacock Pose.

Fast walking
Aerobic exercise minimizes risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) and helps in improving stamina. More specifically, according to study, aerobic activity burns at least 200 calories per day (equal to fast walking for two miles) can significantly lower the risk of Erectile Dysfunction. Brisk walking is thought to help ED by improving circulation and blood flow. Running, fast walking, and other aerobic activities keep your blood vessels clear and clean. The result can be stronger and longer erections. Vigorous activities like running and brisk walking also release endorphins and relax you, which can enhance stamina for better sexual performance.

Swimming
Since sexual activity can be step of endurance, long-distance swimming can accumulate you going and going like the Energizer angel. Swimming for at least 30 minutes three times a week will effectively increase sexual endurance and also helps in weight loss that can lead to better sex. A randomized, single-blind study of men with ED found that reducing just 10 per cent of their body weight improved sexual function. And it's no secret that losing excess body fat will help attain that six-pack abs and make you more attractive to potential partners.
