HOW TO PREVENT AN INFESTATION OF PARASITES?

HOW TO PREVENT AN INFESTATION OF PARASITES?

1. Make a mixture of one part cinnamon (tuj) oil, one part Tea Tree oil, one part Eucalyptus oil with three parts of almond oil and take four drops once a day.

2. One to two teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water or juice or  in your salad dressing are very effective against the worms and scavengers.

3. Pumpkin seeds are known to keep the worms away. Two ounces of pumpkin seeds are scalded and the outer skin is peeled off and the inner green pulp is mixed with cream or milk and taken like porridge. Take this in the morning after twelve hours fasting and this is then followed in two hours by castor oil (arandi). This may be repeated in a week or so if necessary.

4. Garlic is also useful as a worm destroyer.

5. A diet high in carbohydrates and low in protein has been found to make parasitic infections worse. When the body is in an alkaline condition the parasitic infection sets in. It is best to keep the diet slightly acidic (by using apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice) both as a preventive measure and when treating the infection.

6. Foods to 'add' to diet are – pumpkin seeds; Calmyrna Figs (the tiny seeds tear the skin of the worms); garlic; apple cider vinegar; cranberry juice and pomegranates (anar). Foods to 'avoid'  are raw  or  undercooked beef, pork, fish and chicken; sugars and carbohydrates; mountain water; water chestnuts and watercress (jalkumb) and fruits or vegetables that are unwashed or washed in questionable water.

EAT FRUIT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

EAT FRUIT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
If you eat fruit on an empty stomach, it will play a major role  indetoxifying  your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. When you eat fruit on an empty stomach, the fruit
goes straight through the stomach into the intestines. If you eat other food, which takes longer to digest, the fruit is prevented from going straight through your system.

The minute the fruit comes into contact with the other food in your stomach  (and digestive juices), the  entire mass of food begins to spoil, and the whole meal rots and ferments, and turns to acid. This is why some people complain of burping, flatulence, bloating or diarrhoea the fruit mixes with the putrefying other food, and produces gas.Conditions such as greying hair, balding, nervous outbursts, and dark circles under the eyes WILL NOT HAPPEN if you eat fruits on an empty stomach.

All fruits become alkaline in your body (even lemons and oranges, which are considered to be acidic). If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, on an empty stomach, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness, and normal weight.

If you choose to drink fruit juice, drink only fresh fruit juice (not the canned variety). When you drink fresh fruit juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful, slowly, allowing it to mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Don’t drink juice that has been heated up, or eat cooked fruits, because you don’t get the nutrients at all (you only get the taste). Cooking fruit destroys all the vitamins.Eating whole fruits is actually much better than drinking the juice, and you get lots more fibre. If you want to cleanse your body, you can go on a 3-day fruit fast. Just eat fruits, and drink fruit juice, throughout the 3 days, and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look.

KIWI: Kiwi fruit is tiny, but mighty, and is a very good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E and fibre. The vitamin C content in kiwi fruit is twice that of an orange.
APPLE: Although an apple has a low vitamin C content,it has antioxidants and flavanoids, which enhance the activity of vitamin C, thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack and stroke.
STRAWBERRY: Strawberries are a protective fruit, and have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits. Strawberries protect the body from cancer causing, blood vessel clogging free radicals.
ORANGE:  Oranges are the sweetest medicine. Eating 2-4 oranges a day assists to keep colds away, lowers cholesterol, prevents and dissolves kidney stones, as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.
WATERMELON:  Watermelon is the coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost your immune system, and a key source of lycopine, the cancer-fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon include vitamin C and potassium.
GUAVA & PAPAYA:    Guava and Papaya are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fibre, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene, which is good for your eyes.
